• What happens if you fail to find what we're looking for?
Usually, our clients are good at giving us a good brief, so that rarely happens. The better the description, the better our chances will be of finding the right place.

• Can you fix the props?
We aim at finding environments that are as ready-to-go as possible. There are many others that specialize in fixing props. But of course, if it takes a grandfather clock to get the right feeling, we'll put one there!

• Why is it so important that you are on location?
Most people feel comfortable having someone around who knows the location well and can find things, someone who knows where the fuse box, the closet, or the electricity is. On those occasions where there have been misunderstandings or some hassle, that's when we weren't there. It could seem an unneeded extra cost, but both the letter and the crew can feel more comfortable when we're around.
